Boy, when you listen to the news every day, the real estate market is just bottoming out. I really wish that they would remind everyone that this only pertains to certain markets. Not all markets (areas) are in the pits. Real estate is live and well here in mid Delaware. I am busier now than I was last year. The buyers are there, and the listings are there. We all have to view our market individually and can not base it on the media's say so. Interests rates are still at a good rate. So lets go shopping and find that dream home or the right buyer.

I know the media is saying how bad the housing market is right now, but I have never been busier than I am right now. I have written more contracts, Shown more houses and seen lots of listings come into this office. It seems to me that the market it doing good around here.
